You ask where the records of Mary Ann Weller's death came from. It looks as though her date and place of death being 17 May 1871 in High Wycombe came from the IGI (and its FamilySearch website) which is notoriously unreliable. This particular record was submitted by Ann Wilkinson. I would stick to your own findings from primary sources such as Parish Records, Census Returns and Marriage Certificates.
