Thanks for sharing this with us, James :)

It's been very hard fixing or developing further the gadget since the
deprecation of inline gadgets. Inline gadgets are now cached by Google
servers which means any changes I make to the source code do not
actually get reflected in the gadget when it's rendered.

I really do not love the new igoogle, especially since it ruined the
Web Stickies Mod (the gadget I use the most). But I found that if you
go to igoogle with this address:

it will open the old igoogle and web stickies should work.

Any news on the project? I had a list whose contents I need ASAP. I
appreciate your generosity in making/working on this project but I'm a
bit stuck here. I'm pretty savvy technically when I need to be - maybe
there is a way I can access my data even in a raw/un-final state I can
parse through it myself?

same problem, stickies are gone, no add button, no way to recover with
control/shift because unable to add. patiently awaiting a fix.

My Igoogle switched over to an apparent new version today with
navigation moving from the top to the left of the page. Now none of my
notes display and the add button is also not displaying. Is anyone
else experiencing this problem? Is there a fix?

I am seeing the problem on Firefox 3 on both XP Media Center (at home)
and on XP Pro (at work). That is interesting that you see it work at
all with Firefox 3.

But ya, Bonsstio said that there would be a fix in the next 48 hours
about a month ago :) Any updates?

Clue? I noticed at work where I am running WindowsXP the web stickies
continued to work after I upped to FireFox3.
But at home, on Windows Vista(yuck!) the web stickies failed when I
upped to FireFox3.
Maybe, this is a Vista problem combined with a FireFox3 problem.

I hate the new Igoogle. Not only does the left navigation bar suck,
but I lost all of the following:

Web Stickies
Google Bookmarks

and the Event Calendar is half missing.
