Imagining Happiness, Sunday 17 February
Using our imagination to develop outr good qualities is one of the greatest joys of spiritual practice. Our imagination is an unfettered source of inspiration by which we can create a pure world in which we and others want to live. On this course, find out how virtuous imagination can be used to our greatest advantage.
Death and Dying, Sunday 2 March
By contemplating and meditating on the uncertainty of our lifespan and how to transform our death joyfully, we can solve all our attachment problems and engage in pure spiritual practice. By understanding the death process we can learn how to help people who are dying so that they can have a peaceful death and create the best possible conditions for their next life.
If you would like to book for either of these courses, they run 10.30am - 5.30pm at 38 West Cliff, Preston, cost £15 and includes a delicious vegetarian lunch. There is ample parking on the road. Here's a link to a map showing how to find us:
