Bloody hell, and there it is. Oh wait it was already there. Damn. I joined
this thread because I've had very bad experiences with the all too holy
student loans company. They are a loan company at the end of the day and
they will shaft you if they can as much as any loan company will.

They've been trying it with me for the last three years. They made false
allegations about me breaking the contract then when that didn't work they
tried to point out that in the contract it says they can do pretty much what
they like, but my solicitor read it and said they were lying. Strange how

tickets by DD - got a phonecall Monday from the Postcode Lottery people and
got presented with cheque and flowers today :-D
Still have to wait up to six weeks for the cash to turn up in my account but
