I passed it on to the members of the church history course that I am doing a couple of weeks ago, the pictures are great and it makes our attempt to 'do' two thousand years in ten weeks look feeble. On the subject of church history as Jeff is very quiet at the moment, I wonder if anyone can give me a reference for the phrase "widows and clothes changers" (those other than virgins who were admitted to an early medieval convent) Google has failed to supply an answer and I'd really appreciate finding the source.
