  +2 &lt;br&gt; Our relatively small club (~50 runners) over the years has had several &lt;br&gt; non-elite runners in the 2:30 - 2:35 range. At the 2:20 level we have &lt;br&gt; (so far) 2 runners. Both of them were at the 30-31 min 10K level, and &lt;br&gt; around 1:06 for the 1/2 Marathon... &lt;br&gt; Anthony.
