getting set for tomorrow's race.....raining steadily here on the South
Coast riviera but the local weather diviners ( rather unbelievably)
forecast bright mild day for the race........having done it for the
last two years I'm firmly with St Thomas on this one - seeing is
believing !

Good luck to Hugh Dennis who is running for Alzheimer's - and to me,
running for the British Limbless Ex-Servicemen's Association (BLESMA)
