I mean apart from keitht, who is either *spectacularly* stupid, or very good at pretending to be spectacularly stupid (of course, he always makes out that it's the second one when he's caught out, but I have my doubts to say the least).
Does anyone genuinely think that Chapman didn't make the Lou Knee post where he called a poster a "piece of shit" (for daring to ask why some people hated motorists...Chapman doesn't like it when people talk about his car-hating)? I'd like to think that even Chapman's most pathetic, non-independent-minded sycophant would have realised by now that he made that Lou Knee post, even if they're too scared of the odious fat fiftysomething to say so, but judging by how hopelessly incapable some of the morons are of seeing anything but good in Chapman, I'm by no means certain. This thread will go some way towards determining just how much the rot has set in when it comes to Chapman's car-hating buddies (e.g. mile-"the law is the law, but only when it can be used against motorists, who I don't hate at all, honest"-burner) and their refusal to openly accept that their anti-motorist messiah is anything but perfect.
"Who cares?" = "I know Chapman made that post, and if one of my opponents had done it then I'd be making a fuss, but since my hero made it I'm going to downplay the importance." Besides, anyone who really wanted the issue to go away once and for all would tell Chapman to stop lying and admit to making the post. If it's so unimportant, why is he so reluctant to tell the truth about it? (Can't answer that? Oh dear.) Clearly he knows, along with his sucker-uppers, that that post puts him in a very bad light and shows him to be an utter hyporite on many levels. That he and his followers therefore try to dismiss the matter shows their arrogance and their eagerness to suppress any fact which makes things awkward for them (another fact that they regularly try to suppress is that speed cameras kill people: it gets in the way of their anti-motorist agenda, so they just pretend it isn't so, and insult and try to censor anyone who dares to tell it like it is).
Chapman and his grovellers would be a lot less despised if they just came clean about the Lou Knee post and stopped this nonsense. Surely Chapman realises that it's just this kind of thing that gets people's backs up so much: his point-blank refusal to admit to wrongdoing or take any blame no matter how obvious it is. Doing that isn't "tough", it just makes you look like an arrogant fuckwit who won't admit when he's beaten, and no-one does that better than Chapman. He should tell the truth about Lou Knee and then we can all move on.

Thank you Nuxxy for finally recognising me and holding me in the same high esteem as you do with your other cyberpals. Can I just correct you on this small point though. I have stated that "the law is the law" and that it should be applied to everyone and that (unpopular as it may be) also applies to pavement cyclists and RLJing cyclists and any other cyclist who rides in a dangerous and irresponsible manner.
Quite obviously drivers who break their speed limits should be convicted and I think you will find that most sane people will agree on this point. The point that does not seem to generate agreement is by how much they are allowed to break the limit before they get nicked. My own position is that the limit is an upper limit and should be respected so therefore if you break that limit you have commited a crime and that is where the line should be drawn.
BTW I have never posted as Lou Knee.
You can also call me on the phone in the middle of the night (if you wish) ranting and raving, the answerphone will take your call.

No sunshine- it is *you* is fucking silly.

Jesus - you nearly gave me a heart attack.
I was reading your post - for some reason thinking it was made by Chapman - I saw that and just couldn't believe it.
And then I realised the small error I had made.
He has never, ever denied making that original post.
I have no idea why.
He says he is a christian.

I have never said that I encourage my children to wear helmets. I would challenge judith to find the place where I said I encourage my children to wear helmets. I encourage my children to wear helmets. (Guy Chapman)
