Have tried their forum but no joy.
All I want to do is ENABLE thumbnail creation in Phoca Gallery, surely it
can't be that difficult, it was easy to disable it.

I am having terrible problems getting my photos to appear on my website.
I am using Phoca Gallery to display and organise them.
However the Thumbnail Creation option is disabled and I cannot get it to
ENABLE.

RBS Accessibility page

They finally got round to letting people without an RBS current account but
with an RBS credit card log in.
To be fair, the site is generally okay, however, this is the text from their
Accessibility page -

You'd not get get your money back for 14 years on the given figures, and
there's no guarantee about resale value of the "property" where it's been
described as an unremarkable domain name. Especially if the business went
bust, which would be the most likely reason for the cessation of the
lease.

Well, if the speculator figures that the present registrant can't run
his business without the domain name, but is prepared to enter into this
deal, then it's a straightforward investment-for-income arrangment, not
unlike a property leaseback. Still seems fishy to me! Many of the
property leaseback providers are sharks too.

There's no obvious financial motivation for somebody to make that offer,
so it seems clear to me that the deal is not really going turn out as
stated.
Once you don't own the domain, you have no control over it.
I might consider a straight offer of £50,000 for one of my domains
without the leasing strings attached, but it's unlikely to happen...

All my instincts say this is a scam or a joke or (conceivably) a way of
"lending" money at high interest with a charge on an asset. I will ask

I put together a small site for a customer a while ago, registering a
couple of domains based on his business name (unremarkable) and an
