Yes, I ordered a footpedal from them recently.  I received an email on
Tuesday to say it had been despatched.  I haven't seen it yet,
although I'm in Cologne (So same country as Thomann) but that's
probably just the German Post Office being a pain.

Bear in mind that June / July / August is Holiday season over here,
and so a lot of places are short-staffed.  There might be an order
backlog or something going on.
