Fender Mex Strats

Has anyone got any experiences they'd like to share with any Fender Mex
Strats they use or own?

Legends (Julian Bream); 10pm Guitar Heroes (Later with Jules Holland); 11pm
The Story of the Guitar. The first two have repeats later in the night.

Just in case anyone knows.
There I was pottering about Bristol when I came across this guitar and amp
shop. It was on a corner and was full of old guitars and valve amps. Don't
remember anything new in there.
A real squeeze to get in. Quite a few Selmars.
Anyone know of it coz I'm not likely to trip over it in a hurry.

I tried one of these recently and they are chuffin amazing. Plus there's
now a whole community online programming patches for them which are
really extraordinary sounding.
Why these are no longer made I have no clue.

How good were the Beatles as instrumentalists?

Thinking mostly about John, Paul & George. How good are/were they
considered as instrumentalists? I guess I'm thinking primarily guitar,
though I know John and Paul had some level of keyboard chops as well.
Don't know if George did. I've never heard of any of them described as
absolute beasts on their axe but I don't claim to be a Beatles
