Mike Read will be doing a special on John D Loudermilk this coming
Sunday at 9pm on Big L International. He will be talking and playing
some of the tracks Loudermilk has penned and sung during the course of
his career.

Cheers.  I had tried to find on CD a tape my dad had that had split,
of Elloree.  I fixed the tape by transferring it to another tape-
casing and spool set, and burnt it to CD, finding as it played that I
enjoyed a fair bit of it.  A whole album in Open D, I think.
Hopefully it'll be possible to record the show and burn that for me
dad too.  JDL's not that well-represented in terms of reissues, is he
- we couldn't find certain tracks on any albums, and the transfer I
did involved bits missing from two songs where the tape had split.
