Was it a good idea to shake his head in answer to a question from the
surgeon - whilst his brain was still being operated on?

Perfect pitch = the ability to throw a banjo into a skip without
touching the sides.

The obvious retort is that anybody who plays a banjo, definitely
needs brain surgery!!!!!   8^)

Regards:  As the proud owner of a banjimer - looks like and is fretted
like a dulcimer but sounds like a banjo -  I am obviously only joking.

Yeah, I saw that. Really disappointing - the headline was much better than
the actual story, which is just a variant of techniques I've read about
before.

Hi

Actually banjimers do exist and there are plenty of photos on the WWW
to prove it (mine is called a banjammer and I got it shipped from
Tennessee).  Basically they are a dulcimer with a banjo head set under
the bridge and unless you stuff a convenient bar towel under the open
banjo head they really can be noisier and more annoying than either a
banjo or a bohran - great fun; transforms a dulcimer into "can't hear
the thing" to drowning out anything in the same room.!!!!!    8^)
