Maybe they think it didn't appeal sufficiently.

I've seen references to RareFM 87.7 as being worth a listen, most
recently in a letter in this week's Melody Maker, but I haven't
heard it yet.  Tried tuning in a couple of times, but no luck;
last night I got something called Shine (?) on 87.9, which I assume
is a pirate.

Anyone know anything about RareFM?
