I spoke too soon when I said I'd cracked it. Although my email initially
downloaded after I'd enabled 'pop', it still doesn't download to Outlook
unless I go to the Virgin website and do a manual download, at which point
all 600 odd emails on there reappear in my inbox.

341327 >, and it is:

My blind friend has mentioned (Christmas pressie discussions) a "heated

After listening to the omnibus version this morning I wondered if I

Last week I set my Hotmail account on my computer at work to download my
Virgin account email. I then found I wasn't getting any email at home on
