  I spoke too soon when I said I&#39;d cracked it. Although my email initially &lt;br&gt; downloaded after I&#39;d enabled &#39;pop&#39;, it still doesn&#39;t download to Outlook &lt;br&gt; unless I go to the Virgin website and do a manual download, at which point &lt;br&gt; all 600 odd emails on there reappear in my inbox. &lt;br&gt; Steve Hague
