Of course not. It was not an accident, just your own stupidity, which is why Wilts CC didn't pay you a bean, nor Hants CC, nor any other CC. They did not put the ice on the road; they did not cause you to drive on that part of the road; and they certainly did not make you drive in your usual lunatic way ignoring the weather conditions. Don't forget, I have followed you when you drive so I know just how fast you drive on the bends in Allington lane, and through the built up areas of Bishopstoke and Eastleigh. I couldn't keep up in the lane. The only time you slowed down was for the speed camera.
