monopitch ridge roof on cavity wall

Fitting a monopitch roof with wet bedded mono pitch ridge tiles - you know, the ones shaped like a number 1. They will be on top of a cavity wall. I cannot find an example of how such a roof is detailed at the ridge. At the eaves, the rafters will be birdsmouthed onto wall plate on inner leaf. At the ridge, how is the rafter fixed to the wall ? Powerflushing plastic pipe system

I own a Kamco CF90 powerflushing machine that I am quite familiar with. I may have to do a large house overseas with about 20 radiators on two floors. No risk of freezing.
