  I think, but don&#39;t know, that it is the difficulty of reclaiming the tax &lt;br&gt; they have already paid that puts them off lowering the rate immediately. &lt;br&gt; Large organisations employ folk to do that for them.

  Have you tried running them under Wine or in a virtual box? &lt;br&gt; I&#39;m still happy to use windows and I have a version on my laptop, because it &lt;br&gt; came with that. My other pcs are hand me downs and whilst I&#39;ve no &lt;br&gt; particular qualms about using pirated software I don&#39;t because linux does &lt;br&gt; the things I want. &lt;br&gt; I have two programs that are windows specific and I just leave them running
