I had a question about the 2.2 dev branch.

When I install the plugin in the Trac multirepository branch (synced
often with 0.12) I get the notice that I need to upgrade my db.
However, when I run the upgrade command it says there is nothing to
upgrade.

While this didn't fix the problem, I noticed that in
peerReviewInit.PeerReviewInit, within upgrade_environment, cursor is
set to db.cursor() when it should be db_manager according to the 0.10
compatibility hack.
