The issues that we have come to learn, will pretty much always show up in our own families, and will often be the hardest patterns to overcome as we find ourselves reacting in the same ways over and over again, no matter how much enlightened and spiritual knowledge to the contrary we take on!!!

This is an exercise which came to me through inspiration a few years ago on the summer solstice. The intent of the exercise is to consciously build new pathways which 're-wire' your connexion to the collective unconscious, thru that of your higher self............... The exercise creates a pattern of energy flow which means that all energy & information which flows to and from the collective unconscious into the 'ego-self', always firstly flows through the 'superconscious' or Higher/Original Self.
