I purchased the Polanight 16% carbamide peroxide gel from my dentist.
Can you tell me how to use this. My dentist office was VERY vague.
One said two hours a day and one said sleep with it.

you can use a professional dental polisher and some oralb prophy paste

I had my teeth bleached by my dentist yesterday which cost
£500 and took a little over 35 minutes, and i am quite dissapointed

as i can see very little difference should i go back to the dentist
