No doubt about it. The combined area of existing leisure centre and depot is huge has a great potential for luxury housing. I still dont understand why this depot area does not revert to community use with a modernised leisure centre. Surely the sale of M S House would generate a good percentage of the funds required. Also the consultation process was so biased only showing newly built L centres against the current LC always portrayed as "old, dark and grim".
