Understand ZZ is probably a bot that responds to key words in a
posting to give its response. Therefore the adjectives and nouns
sometimes are a random fit and sometimes not. I personally think it is
some clown with a lot of time on his/her hands and not a whole lot of
originality.

Are you sure about this reason? I seem to remember the point was that they
wanted some open flat fields, both for the paradrop _and_ for landing
gliders inside a suitable area and a secured perimeter (secured by the
paratroopers, of course). Such fields were absurdly far.

The problem was that to limit losses of planes, paratroopers had to be
dropped miles from the bridge. If they have to do that and take one end
of the bridge anyways, there's no advantage to then bringing in gliders
on top of them. The point of using gliders I'd think would be to have

There's plenty of evidence to show that George VI and especally
Elizabeth (the Queen Mother) disliked Wallis and resented the
abdication. Remember, no member of the Royal family went to Edward's
wedding and Wallis was not given the title Her Royal Highness.

He would have to marry her as soon as he found out in order for the child to
