I thought most countries control their own domain names (eg. .sg, .uk
etc).
It would seem that Myanmar's .mm is not controlled by Myanmar Govt but
some private party ?  It could be because I recall a private company
which helped Myanmar govt establish internet once claimed it
registered .mm in its own name.  Perhaps Mr. Okkar or someone
knowledgable could confirm this ?
