I said Hun Sen is a mafia in his country, I didn't say without him his country will be heading to civil war. Don't you know mafias go to Church and help the poor nearby but they kill whoever go against them? Most poor people love the mafias, because they are fed by the mafias. Cambodia will go to civil war if Hun Sen lose power, because he is the civil war creator supported by Hanoi. Furtheremore, Hanoi needs him to stay in power for its own expansionism.
