Subject: MY DEAR MHK.
My dear MHK,

If you want to say that I just woke up from bed with bed dreams, I
would not blame you my friend.
I owe you an explanation. Also during these times I was on other
matters , as you may notice. At the moment I believe the other forum
is updating, Probably ready on Monday I  can’t wait any longer.  You
have been waiting long enough.

“ This is how I see the situation of our country.” Remember that was
how you started your conversation.

You are right absolutely , that is how Myanmar is , that is why you
are seeing your country (Myanmar ) as you see it now.  Because that is
the nation of Myanmars. That is how the Myanmars make their nation ,
that is how Myanmars shape their nation.

“ Pyaw Ma Sone Boung - Taw Thon Doung - Myway Gyi Nha Koun ”.  That is
one of the Myanmar sayings . “ Never ending stories, as high as three
mountains on top of each other, and the two giant snakes guarding.
Have you heard of that song my friend? It is a love song .  Do you
know Mount Everest is the highest with , 29, 028 feet , ( before the
ice cap melts because of global worming)

“ Akhu Pyaw Le Di Zagar - Noun  Pyaw Le Di Zagar ”.  Say it now, or
say it later , it won’t make any difference. So whenever I say it,  it
still relevant. That is why, if I had not said earlier yet, I am
saying it now. No matter how late I am ,  it won’t make no difference,
especially at the time , when some outsiders are openly and directly
trying to get involve.  To be fair I have to start from my own people,
because they are my people who want to have foreigners involve in  our
matters.

Another friend of mine took words from my mouth before I could spit
them out, “ Currently there are a few tails wagging hard and howling,
some are gleeful about their papa visit ”.

As Myanmar is showing a little of signs for a change, I have been
making my own revision and found, that I have not answer to all the
questions and all the letters of all or some of my friends, and who
don’t want to be called friends.    As Myanmar has not changed that
much, the questions and answers may be the same as before.

BTW, wise man said, “to make a thing change, you must learn about that
thing first”. If you do not know about it, you cannot change it. That
is why ,  the phrase such as, “  “ fact finding mission”,   which in
fact is the right thing to do. What facts will they find, how will
they imply.  Don’t ask me,  as the astrologers.

I am also given them some facts, from my side , the way I see things,
which others might reluctant to give , or they may not give at all ,

"In case of Myanmar, the question is, ‘whose done it ’? The British
could not have done it alone on their own . There must be insiders,
who were the conspirators? Some Myanmars of course."

That question was put to me once by a friend. Now I am coming back to
this. Because another one who is not very friendly , wants to know,
whether  Myanmars who happened to be abroad, outside Myanmar , will go
home ( Myanmar ) or not. I said his questions were stupid. In his own
way he wants to kick us out especially those who he considers as not
his friends. Typical Westerner’s attitude and behaviours.

Again  I want to say your question was a funny question.  I don’t mean
to offend you , my friend. Because as I have said many time before,
that Mrs Aris, and BBC reporter Christopher Gunness were there in
1988, in the middle of the great event was not accidental.   It was
timely. Pre arranged may be .   Not to forget that some Myanmar
members of British Council in Yangon , were great help to them .  BBC
never stopped campaigning on behalf of Mrs Aris through out .  Don’t
be surprise to know, Mr. Gunness and British Council staffs were
awarded MBE, OBE etc.  Mrs Aris herself was Awarded Great Noble Peace
Prize, among others.  Some British Council staff    wanted to be
anonymous , but one Nita also gets OBE as well as a permanent  job in
BBC for life.  Still working . With this connection one of her sons is
working for VOA, right now.

In the world of politic , these things are normal. The more the nation
is large and powerful the more their Spy network are big and larger
with more sophisticate gadgets In the space, under the sea, over the
ground.

Myanmar is a civilise nation. Their tea hing were, “ Thi Daine Le
Mapyaw Ne - Myin Daine Le Makyi Ne ”. DOn’t tell al what you know.
Don’t look all what you see”.

Though it knows some of the spies, they have their way of handling
things quietly for many reasons . Not to be “ Ohnt Aue Thoung Nin
”.Not to alarm people, not to make bed bug into tortoise. National
Security is their duty, and their responsibility to safe guard the
people and the nation.  Others won’t stop, but you have to do what you
have to do.

Myanmars are civilise people. Praise be to Lord Buddha. In the 38
Mingalas of Buddha’s teachings,  it said it all.   This teaching is
for everybody, all human and other beings.  There is no class
distinction, no discrimination.  Love thy neighbours, helping others
of what they need if possible,  is a noble work.

Who ever interpret to whatever is happening to day in Myanmar or for
Myanmar,
something happening is better than nothing happening at all.

About the so called refugees. 99 percent of these refugees who are on
the other side of the borer are the family members of the so called
insurgents.  They themselves are the insurgents . One percent are,
those “ Nee Yar Dah Kyauk ’ people. They were forced to go along with
the insurgents. They are also lookers of greener pasture. To become a
refuge is something  help of God in disguise for many, especially for
opportunists .
With the inflation in Myanmar, they became millionaires over night ,
like  having one of the most lucrative job. They don’t have to work
hard if they don’t  want to .

Opportunists are everywhere . One of the Myanmar saying is , “Taw Mee
Loung - Taw Kyaung Let Kha Moung Khutt ”  which means, whenever  there
is a bush fire, wild cat is happy.  Because it has plenty of food to
eat, it does not have to forage around too hard .

I have nothing against anybody who are looking for greener pasture,
because I am one of them.  I believe there is always one place better
than where I am , there is always one who is better than me.  For
example there is Heaven and Hell .  One like Buddha , I am not even
fit to be his dust on his foot.

But I am not happy, in fact it is bothering me too much , when my own
people look down on their own country , which is their own
responsibility, not only telling tall stories, but trying to sell
their own people , and their own country  Because these people have
seen , that those who sells their own people, those who sells their
own country were made honourable citizens. Like Nita and  Mrs Aris.

They have cause a lot of damages but without arms. Nita went to
prison , her husband died , while she was inside, her last child was
born in the prison. CG got out fast. Nita was caught be fore she could
get out.  When she actually got out she went straight to BBC.   These
are the facts, anybody can make any story base on these facts.

Besides , if these Myanmars were there sometimes ago in a place
called Arabia Sheharazad, who was the teller of “A Thousand and One
Arabian Nights” stories, won’t get the job as the story teller, or the
Sultan won’t merry her, but one of the Myanmars will definitely get
the job, one of the Myanmar girls or even one of the boys will be
married by the Sultan and became Mrs Sultan.

As far as modern Myanmar history goes, Myanmar later to be known as
Union of Myanmar is undermined by the foreign powers, since the end
of  18th century. That is the fact , Myanmar never been a peaceful
nation, with or without foreign influence or not, lets face it.

Time has passed, centuries been left behind Myanmar are still not
growing up yet, they are not mature yet .  Foreign influence has not
gone from Myanmar yet .  Myanmar may say proudly, and loudly that it
is a Free, Independent Sovereign Nation. Myanmars are Free people.  Is
it or are they ?

What about  those who are shouting Freedom, Justice, Equality how are
they treating others ?

Many Myanmars realises also what is actually happening inside Myanmar.
“ In different way. Jobless young people who are desperate for work
are given a job in some NGO and at foreign Embassies and are assigned
to collect data,  data about potential activists, data about
politicians, personal, educational, family back ground, their weakness
in personal life, their strong points in professional life and so on .
So, these young people to prove their worth, skills and hard work
unknowingly did their best to provide the needed information
unintentionally. That is how intelligence is gathered.”

“ Some times they are sent to foreign countries for further studies,
such as journalism, social science, political science, education,
communication, public relationship and so on (never in Science, I
never noticed the existence of scholarship for scientific subjects).

“ They are told by their employers – you are the elites of Myanmar,
you get high education which the other Myanmars can not get, you will
lead your country one day and so on. Many young people selected by the
US embassy in YGN are sent to various countries for further studies
during the past 20 years.”

Education standard of Myanmar is not low, that is western or modern
education. We are being denied many things by the west.  While
westerners are learning our eastern civilization, education,  culture
and everything I have to say. They like spicy Indian curries, they
like sweety chop sway, an roast duck , they are having,  Chin+Ngan
+Sutt  mixed Paw Paw salad (Thai) and Myanmar Mont hin gar food with
plenty of fish sauce.

We have highly educated Medical doctors, even veterinary surgeons  and
engineers from Myanmars are acknowledged , and accepted in western
countries . If they want
