I've been using sloppy for flash testing (it works great for FLVs).
However i was wondering if you could add more download speeds to
sloppy. I'm targeting broadband users so i would like to be able to
compare the difference between DSL and cable. In fact it would be
great to have a custom entry into the download speed as well!

Sounds like a good idea. Let me know what speeds would be useful to you, and I can maybe add those in quickly, and then look at some kind of modification to allow you to pick "Other..." from the drop down list to set an arbitrary speed.
I would say the typical broadband speeds would be great. I don't know
exactly how you have the settings now (like what 56k breaks down to).
Also i'm sure that "typical" broadband is different for you in the
UK. :)
In the US i would say these are the most common speeds (including dial-
up):
28.8Kb
56Kb
128kb
768Kb
1.5Mb
3.0Mb
