  Simulating slow network connections (i.e. bandwidth) is great - but &lt;br&gt; what about latency? &lt;br&gt; &lt;p&gt;Would be great if I could specify a delay (connect time) for each &lt;br&gt; request to simulate latency in addition to the data transmission &lt;br&gt; rate. This would be especially useful for web 2.0 apps, where clients &lt;br&gt; may have a fast connection, but are located half way around the globe.
