Unfortunately I can't make any of those dates, but I really do want to get my arse involved. It's difficult getting a day pass and fitting things in around my chaotic life! Please keep putting up summaries to let those of us who can't make it know what's going on.
The August dates are best for me (I leave for my holiday on the 26th July...) As for the other venue ('The Shop' at 18 Jesus Lane, if you're walking past and want to look in) there are few things to work around 1. The license to use the site requires no alcohol to be consumed, even if it is BYO, apparently - we're trying to find out a bit more about this... What do people feel about it? 2. I'm currently trying to sort out some Internet there, I guess no internet is a deal breaker - right? I won't know about this for a while - ISPS are really annoying. 3. We do a bbq (no garden) but Pizza is all well and good... I found those 'spend £25 and get 50% off ' Pizza Hut vouchers, so that isn't event a costly option...
There may be more things to mention... they don't occur to me now though

Oh dear... one date is wife's b'day, other two I'm in Surrey or Devon. :(

I have a 3G - ethernet router (Linksys WRT54G3G). My wireless card is only vanilla 3G - no HSDPA unless someone else has a better card to plug in - but I can lend it if it would be helpful.
