Yes, I attended the majority of the talks.

It gave quite an insight on the Cambridge technology cluster.
Many of the invited speakers had a long history of business successes
and failures and they were sharing their experiences.
It really gives you a background on what enterprise means.
Additionally, the final networking with free beer and free sandwiches
was repaying in case of a (rare) uninteresting talk... ;-)
