I believe we would be entirely within our rights to request a review
of the decision; appointing a company with no track record in delivery of key aspects of the product tendered for seems a highly inappropriate way to disburse public funds. If Becta procurement assessors do not understand the complexities of successfully creating a sustainable open source product, they should have engaged a consultant to help them.
