Saw an article on the BBC about an Academy for Portland. Can't find their

The opportunity comes from the apparent (featured on BBC article)
involvement of Professor Stephen Heppell - I see to recall him as being
pretty open source friendly. If anyone still has contact, this might be a
good opportunity to set up a school ICT properly (my bias accepted ;) ) from
the ground up.
