I'm creating this page to keep people updated about the events happening in Indonesia as I film. As some of you may know I'm in Bali right now try to get footage together for a mini documentary about the Capoeira in South East Asia. Medusa has been back and forth teaching and assisting the groups here for a few years now and has a wealth of info, pictures and footage but I wanted to take a look at the whole scene from Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia. There are also groups in Thailand, Korea, China, Japan and the Philipines which unfortunately I don't have the funds to go and visit though I'm desperate to travel and meet them. everyone I've met has been so friendly and if any of you are coming out this way you guys should check them out. I shall be putting together a google map of all the locations of the different groups so that there can be the possibility of having a central location and resource to find out about and contact all the players from this area of the world.

On another not eI randomly bumped into Keith from Senzala Scotland when I landed in Thailand, he says hi and all that jazz. Shall catch you guys in Septemeber on my return.
