My dear Camaradas,
It was great having a class with our group yesterday after a while. During
this time at Rio de Janeiro I had the opportunity to be in touch with the
other members of Grupo Senzala and participate of the event Intercambio
Cultural Roda Mundo Capoeira, Rio de Janeiro, when we had some students from
Edinburgh and Dundee training there.
Before my departure to Rio we organized a week with Contramestre Pedro, a
samall break in the classes (in the past years used to be longer than this
time) and then Carlos Gaiola would take the classes at Edinburgh. Pedro
would come again last week for a workshop and help me to move in to another
flat. At Glasgow Charada would lead the classes at the University what he
has done very well. It was a great support during a very busy time.
 I am again away for a couple of weeks to support a huge batizado at Jakarta
and a smaller one, a kids batizado at Bali.  I would like to thank Carlos
Gaiola for his support teaching along this time. Also is very important the
participation of everybody mainly the grey, orange and yellow grades who
need to have a commitment with the whole work. Please keep your energy and
train to show a good level at our yearly batizado in December.
