Security Novels Google Group
Writers Log – 10th September 2008
Hello once again!
I thought I would post a quick note to let you know that writing on
the fifteenth novel in the series ‘Leytonstone’ is proceeding far, far
quicker than I had anticipated.
Currently well past 40,000 words and with much still to write, it is
beginning to look like it will definitely be finished and available
before the end of the year, maybe even a bit earlier than that.
But I am getting ahead of myself here! One aspect of the novel that I
am finding particularly interesting is that it has planned two
contrasting endings, one of which I have now decided upon but I will
also write the alternate ending and include that in the deleted scenes
part of the site after the novel itself is published.
Meanwhile, a note on the Google Group itself. Some cheeky buggers
have been trying (occasionally with some success) to post spam on the
message list. What few messages that did manage to creep through have
been removed though. One direct effect of this however is that I have
had to adjust the settings on the group so that now only signed up
members rather than just anyone can post a message here.
That’s all for now so until next time….
Regards
John M Upton
