Writers Log – Sunday 12th July 2009
Hello once again...
An update on what is happening to the novel series at the moment for
you all. As things currently stand, the sixteenth Security Novel
'London Bridge' is now at a very advanced stage of writing (well over
68,000 words, not bad for just over two weeks work) and with a week
off work coming up it may even be completed before early August.
Because 'London Bridge' is the first of what is effectively a two part
story, it will be the first in the series to end on a cliffhanger that
will have everyone holding their breath wondering what has happened.
This will all be resolved in the seventeenth novel in the series
'Cannon Street', the writing of which will follow immediately on upon
the completion of 'London Bridge'.
No updates to the site at the moment although I will hopefully be
taking a look around the Cannon Street area some time next week as I
need to get a feeling for the place for some key scenes in both
novels, I shall also be taking a look at London Bridge as well and
therefore there is the possibility of some location photographs for
the site heading this way soon.
For now however back to the writing!
Until next time.....
Regards
John M Upton
