My hosting woes never seem to go away. We've just discovered how the
'burstable ram' smallprint on a VPS can cause coldfusion to go down at
random, if they oversell the box.

We're looking to shift the site asap now, but until that happens, we =
need an
early warning system.

I need something that will check a page every 5 minutes, and email/sms =
me if
it doesn't get the desired response. There are loads of companies =
offering
this service when I google it, so I'd appreciate any personal
recommendations.
