Peguam negara perlu menjawab soalan bagaimana DPP boleh terima "tarik balik" repot jenayah yang dilakukan oleh seseorang aduan dilakukan serta merta. Jenayah tetap jenayah....polis harus lakukan siasatan dan kemukakan hasil siasatan (IP) kepada DPP untuk tindakan lanjut dan biasanya ia memakan masa yang agak panjang. Jadi kes ini memang mengelirukan rakyat terhadap tindakan Jabatan Peguam Negara.
