Clay water in my tap !   Rural area of Perak.

Have you ever had brownish yellow water coming from the tap ?

It's my first time EVER, thought it only happens in KL    OK OK, maybe
sometimes when we go camping we get some brownish yellow water from the
improvised taps, but why should we get it from our state-of-the-art
Waterworks Dept  J B A ??!

Even if the pipe bursts, the water should be running OUT, and not clay
coming INTO our system.

Someone is cutting some trees behind the dam ?  What else ?

Can someone ( esp Water Engineers ) please explain ?

Oh, don't we need more Penang Waterworks folks! !!
