  This is a really fascinating thread to me.   i agree with you on 5551 - that 1 seems very weird to me (i don&#39;t practice &lt;br&gt; siteswaps that much). also - 53 was helpful, but 534 no. &lt;br&gt; on the other hand, i feel that 55550 is one of the most important &lt;br&gt; exercises, and that 0 you can use to tap your hand to your leg. that keeps &lt;br&gt; rythm going on instead of going into horse gallop (kinda 552).
