We plan to continue making videos and we will be adding a lot of interviews with jugglers, what they're doing, where they are working, and about their life in general.

Thanks Sam, you rock!
I just wanted to say, other people should list their youtube channels here as well so that we as jugglers can support each other, cheesy as it may sound if we don't who will?

I was wondering if I should make another channel just for posting responses to juggling videos - say, with comments on technique and references to things that can help others improve as well as my opinions for discussions(other should do this too then of course). But that might be a bit much work for me, so meh. Maybe not.

How does having your youtube channel subscribed to "support" you, other than by feeding your ego?

Because it's positive feedback, motivating you to make more videos. If I didn't have any subscribers on my account, I wouldn't bother with posting much. I want my content(though bad it may be) to be appreciated by someone.

Hey Void, great question! There are a number of reasons to have subscribers, most people on youtube have basic channels, basic channels are free but are quite limited. We at Team Rootberry are trying to partner with youtube. What that means, if they accept us is that our videos would be promoted to more people, we would have many more customization options on our actual page, we would be able to auto-play our videos on the home page. For us it's about getting our name, our team and our juggling act in front of tons of people. This is how we make our living and for us the more people who know about us the more likely we are to be booked, plus it is our desire to grow our fan base. We love juggling and we think that we make juggling look good when we present it, in our own way, to the general public. So we are asking for help here so that we can grow our presence on youtube.
I know that youtube takes into consideration, how many videos a person has posted, how many views those videos have, how many subscribers, and friends a person who is seeking partnership has so that is another reason.
Finally, subscribing to a channel give the subscriber notification when a person makes a new video. I find this very handy, especially when I find a channel that I might not normally visit on a regular basis. It just lets me know when they make fresh stuff.

Personally I find it really annoying when videos auto-play on a web-page. I wouldn't recommend it.

Iain, I know what you mean it's very annoying. What I am talking about is a little bit different. If you go almost anyones youtube channel that has 1000s of subscribers their most recent video will automatically start playing (I assume the assume that you are there to watch videos and not read content (like you may be doing on a regular website). I assume once we have a partnered page we will be able to choose whether we want that function or not. But I will not know until they accept or reject our offer at youtube.
