  Certainly not, at least if you consider Asturian, Leonese, etc to be &lt;br&gt; dialects of &amp;quot;Iberian Spanish&amp;quot;. &lt;br&gt; AIUI, all overseas Spanish varieties (except possibly Judeo-Spanish?) &lt;br&gt; are derived from the Spanish of Castile, though with strong Andalusian &lt;br&gt; influence.
