Oprah said "I would love to have her on the show, but I would rather wait until after the election. I think she would be a fabulous and compelling interview."

What's Oprah got to do with what is clearly an effort of the Republicain Party to keep Palin away from situations in which her unfitness for the office of Vice President would become glaringly obvious to Americans?

And why all the ranting when you're so sure Biden will blow her away in the debates? Are you suggesting that the Republicans will do something to hide her then? Maybe they'll have her call in sick?

That was not a response to a request from Palin to be on the show. It was in response to a request from an Oprah fan club asking Oprah to invite her.
There's no information available about what Palin might be willing to do or wants to do.
