"Mrs. Pepper's Nasty Secret" is a collaboration. I doubt it would/
should make any "best" lists, but it's a good little game.

 It's probably a good idea, in general, to paste the code that you've
tried, if not a complete example. The problem is very often a use of
syntax and easily diagnosed. (Sometimes people will just code up a
solution for you in the absence of any of that, but you have to get
lucky--the problem has to be something they see as interesting or fun!)

 Joe is a stand in for anyone.. I tried to do a report someone exiting
from inside the lift rule, but it seemed to get ignored.
I think your example is too general to use in this case since "joe
leaves the room" doesn't communicate "joe gets in the elevator" which
is inside the room.
Thank you for your suggestion, however.

 I've started to tag IFDB games with 'collaboration' (only Alabaster,
Earl Grey, and Bedlam is what I could think of so far).
There also is the 'many authors' IFDB tag.
You could cross-reference these tags with the game's rating on IFDB to
find the best collaborations.

 Alabaster springs to mind as an excellent example of a highly
collaborative work. One of my favourite ever games, Slouching Towards
Bedlam, was a collaboration between Daniel Ravipinto and Star Foster.

 That's kind of what I mean though. Its quite easy to use extensions
with I7, and there is a large library of extensions already. There are
fewer T3 extensions, but less are needed as the default comes with
more. It's a difference in library philosophy. T3 is quite like Python
in this way.
Thanks, but probably not. I had a look at the T3 VM spec, but honestly

 Not fully tested but you need a report rule for Joe going. Something
along the following lines:
<code>
Report Joe going:
if the location of Joe is the location of the player:
say "Joe arrives in [the location of the player].";
otherwise:
say "Joe leaves [the location of the player].";
stop the action.

 The core of the Python interpreter is written in very
portable C, and people have gotten it to work on cell
phones, PDAs and other such devices. As long as the
machine isn't *too* tiny, mainly it's just a matter of
hooking it up to whatever I/O system is available.
If a machine is tool small to support a minimal Python

 I just want to point out that this isn't necessarily a recommendation
for an extensions librarian, though there is an advantage to having
one person doing the testing and then pushing bug alerts to the
extension authors. Nevertheless the utility of regression tests is a
separate issue from the maintenance of an extensions archive.

 I want to reiterate the question of whether we need an official
extensions librarian at all.
As Jeff mentioned we already have the infrastructure in the archive
and the wiki. Thanks to Mike T. for the I7 extension librarian
description -- so following that there would need to be the following
process built on top of that infrastructure:
