At long last I am able to notify you that the ratzooman workshop
proceedings have been completed. A copy of the proceedings can

Any comments or corrections are most welcome. You may
particularly wish to make comments on the summaries of the

I will submit this document to the European Commission on the
23rd of August, after which I will not be able to make further
changes.  Therefore, please send me any feedback you have by
the 22nd August at the latest.
