Generally, I'm more tactful with people; but today I'm feeling less so
after a frenetic 48 hours.

Thus I'm totally uninterested in

a.  whether or whether you do not use Qi.
b. whether my use of 'open source' conforms to the dictats of your
self-appointed group.

and thats about as far as this conversation goes.
