The Shadow feature works FANTASTIC, if you are an admin. There is a
catch-22 though, and that is you can ONLY shadow the Propalms session. So only the application the user is running, will you be able to see. You will NOT be able to see their desktop, unless you publish Windows Desktop to a server and that is what you are shadowing, but you will never be able to shadow the client machine's desktop.
