Due to the fact you are going through HTTPS, this will slow your sessions down. Do you have an SPR or DMZ server? If so, coming from the outside over HTTPS will take some time, but generally not more than a minute. My advice to you is to put your applications into Folders, this will ease the publishing of desktop icons. If you are still having problems i would advise to talk to your reseller. Propalms will not work directly with customers, this has always been a problem area. If you pay someone support then they most certainly should help you out. If they cannot figure out the problem, then usually we will email Propalms directly to try and figure out the issues. If you have a DMZ or SPR server, are you relaying traffic over HTTPS or HTTP? You can check this by looking at your web server and if SSL is turned on or not. Let me know and I will try to help you out as much as I can. Thanks,
