Kris,
I would suggest two things:
-One being that one of the updates was possibly be to RDP. I would try
to re-downloading the Propalms Connection Manager on the server.
-The other is to try and roll-back the updates one by one to see which
one messed up the server.

Let me know if the PCM re-install works, if not let me know which KB
messed up the server. As I would love to know which one it is, in case
I need to tell my customers. I can also do some testing on my side of
things. Sorry i would research the KB, but I do not have time. SORRY!
